1. Introduction

DXBMARK is committed to clear, fair, and transparent policies regarding refunds, cancellations, and shipping. This document outlines:

Eligibility for refunds on digital and service-based products.
Shipping guidelines for any physical products (if applicable).

2. Refund Policy

We offer service-based and digital products, which have different refund rules:

A. Service-Based Refunds

Refunds for website development, IT services, digital marketing, and consulting are subject to:

No Refunds for Completed Work – Once a service is delivered, no refunds will be issued.
Partial Refunds for Incomplete Work – If a project is canceled mid-way, a partial refund may be considered based on work completed.
No Refunds for Change of Mind – If a customer decides not to proceed after work has started, no refunds are provided.
Cancellation Requests: Must be sent to support@dxbmark.com with valid reasoning.

🚨 Exception: If DXBMARK fails to deliver the agreed service due to internal reasons, a full refund may be processed.

B. Digital Products & SaaS Services

DXBMARK offers digital goods, SaaS (Software as a Service), and licenses, which are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded.

No Refunds After Access – If a product is activated, downloaded, or used, refunds will not be issued.
Defective Digital Products – If an error is found in the software due to DXBMARK, we will either fix the issue or provide a replacement.
Subscription-Based Services – Refunds are not issued for past payments; cancellation applies to future billing cycles only.

C. Exceptions & Special Cases

Refund requests for exceptional cases (such as technical failures or unexpected issues) will be reviewed. DXBMARK reserves the right to:

Offer store credit instead of cash refunds.
Decline refunds if the claim is found invalid or fraudulent.

3. Shipping Policy

DXBMARK mainly provides digital services, but if we ship any physical products, the following applies:

Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-3 business days.
Shipping Time: Standard shipping within UAE takes 3-7 business days.
International Shipping: Delivery times vary based on destination and customs regulations.

DXBMARK is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

4. Returns & Exchanges

🚨 All sales are final. DXBMARK does not accept returns or exchanges for digital products and services.

For physical products (if applicable):
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
Product must be unused and in original packaging.

5. Warranty & Liability

Third-Party Products: DXBMARK is not responsible for manufacturer warranties. Customers must contact the manufacturer for claims.

Limitation of Liability: DXBMARK’s maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the disputed service or product.

6. Cancellation Policy

For services: Cancellations must be requested at least 7 days before the project start date.
For digital products: Once purchased, cancellations are not possible after activation.
