Refunds for website development, IT services, digital marketing, and consulting are subject to:
✔ No Refunds for Completed Work – Once a service is delivered, no refunds will be issued.
✔ Partial Refunds for Incomplete Work – If a project is canceled mid-way, a partial refund may be considered based on work completed.
✔ No Refunds for Change of Mind – If a customer decides not to proceed after work has started, no refunds are provided.

🚨 Exception: If DXBMARK fails to deliver the agreed service due to internal reasons, a full refund may be processed.
DXBMARK offers digital goods, SaaS (Software as a Service), and licenses, which are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded.
✔ No Refunds After Access – If a product is activated, downloaded, or used, refunds will not be issued.
✔ Defective Digital Products – If an error is found in the software due to DXBMARK, we will either fix the issue or provide a replacement.
✔ Subscription-Based Services – Refunds are not issued for past payments; cancellation applies to future billing cycles only.
